Teaching Engineers How To Lead
People, Projects, and Teams

Engineers find their way into leadership roles by excelling as individual contributors. However, the skills that make an engineer great are not the same skills that a leader needs to succeed, and so engineers often fail to become effective leaders. The Technical Management Institute was created to solve this problem.

The Technical Management Institute teaches engineers how to lead people, projects, and teams. Chris Sims will deliver training to your people at your location, and the material can be tailored to your organization's specific circumstances, culture, and business needs. Chris also coaches individuals, helping them to dramatically increase their performance as engineering leaders.
